I have spent over 18+ years in the MIS/IT technology field as an internetworking engineer, infrastructure consultant, and a technical services manager. I’ve exercised the highest level of customer service to my clients. I’ve been in technical services in the mortgage industry for the last five years, with familiarity to loan software, mortgage processes, and supporting mortgage professionals. I’ve transition into mortgage planning with these specialized skillsets. That in turn will help my clients, as I assist them through the complex process of securing a new loan program.
